TeddyBuddies

TeddyBuddies is a bold baby clothing line designed for the British retailer John Lewis. The garments are made with sewing patterns printed on the textiles, meaning that once the baby outgrows the garment, it can be cut up and reassembled into a fun plush toy. The concept comes in a whole range of silhouettes from babygrow and onesies, to sets, and they are designed to be upcycled into teddybears, cats, even bees.

The packaging reflects the energy of the brand, It has a cardboard hanger with a cutout to help you feel the fabric before opening. It also includes some brief instructions on how to assemble the bears, which will be supported with online videos and tutorials.

The buttons we have three main designs, a heart, a cross and a classic round button.

These are made using recycled polyester and serve the double purpose of fastening the clothes and later on forming the nose and eyes of the TeddyBuddies
